I have been left without a boiler for over a week meaning I’ve been able to use cooking appliances, wash or any cleaning thoroughly! I suffer from a medical condition and have become unwell due to them continuously cancelling appointments and when I approach them about this they show no empathy and don’t take accountability for their actions! And to top it of one of their engineers left my gas on once it had been deemed unsafe! DO NOT USE THIS GAS COMPANY! UNREALIBLE STAFF AND ENGINEERS!
