Fantastic customer service from this branch. Just picked up my childrens new glasses and swimming googles today. From the eye test 2 weeks ago,to today,the staff were professional,polite and patient with my children.I have been to other branch's and this one was the best and shall be returning to get my eye test done.Thank you.

Called up in December to get a supply of contact lenses before going on holiday - paid the money in advance but it took 3 weeks for them to to arrive despite 3 phone calls from me chasing the shop. Wasn’t told that the lenses were out of stock until phone call 3. Will order from an online contact lens store next time.

Absolutely awful! Avoid!!! I went in for an appointment I had booked in advance, and was told I couldn't go to the waiting area until I had signed in with a member of staff. But every member of staff said they were too busy to sign me in. They were asking each other to help me and those being asked were rolling their eyes / sighing, and still no one would help. After ten minutes of feeling like I was an inconvenience, I left. I walked up the high street to Eye Contact, who in complete contrast were so nice to me.
