AVOID AVOID AVOID PLEASE READ! DO NOT BUY FROM TAPI. They use Krono flooring but change the name so you can't find a cheaper price online. They sell "Westerham Burne" at 28/m, I found it online as Krono original piet oak at 11/m!!! They are changing the name and charging more than double LOL!!! Disgusting business model, should be ashamed conning people who are not aware on how to search the internet. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Compared to their competitors, we were pleased with the customer service which went over and beyond (even kept the store open after closing). Jason and his team at Tapi Carpets New Malden was very helpful in advising the best choice of carpet for the price point we were looking at. We shopped around and came back to Tapi. Thank you once again.

Professional & excellent service from start to finish. Superb customer services from our sales representative Jason and superb work from their two carpet fitters Jai & Kleber. This is the first time I have used Tapi, it will definitely not be my last. I even received a courtesy call from Jason after the work had been done to make sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Tapi, great service. A big thank you our carpets look amazing.

Me & my wife went in store, they accompanied us from start till finish for d process, they went extra mile to even deliver & fit it perfectly in our new house d carpet of our choice before we were flying out for holiday in tight schedule. Excellent people, totally recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Felt very looked after instore, measure service was good too, quick and easy. Delivery and fitting was all on time, carpets vaccumed and left in a lovely condition, looks great and no problems at all along the way, very happy!

Started off well. Customer service on the phone was great initially. Trish and the other 2 members of staff i spoke with were very helpful. Unfortunatly everything else let them down. I only ordered 2 pieces of Vinyl but had to wait just under a month to get it which involved alot of chasing and an unnecessary day of work for a fitting appointment that did not happen. If I did not call I would not know what is happening which isn't how it should be. I understand the problem is with the manufacturers who did not let store know about the low stock but communication could have been better to let me know what was going on to save me being off work for no reason. Vinyl looks ok fitters did an ok job but I would not reccomend Tapi based on my experience. I wish I went elsewhere.

Left a review but seems to have gone. Quoted a price and then went back to sign agreement and they wouldn't honour it. Should have walked then but gave them the benefit of doubt. When they guys came to fit they were 3 hours late. They were bloody awful and did a shocking job of fitting the carpet. When it can to doing the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom I realised they put the flooring for the kitchen in the bathroom and the flooring for the bathroom in the kitchen. Complete joke of a company. As the fitters don't work for them directly they will not take responsibility for the fitters shoddy work. Please avoid this company at all costs.
