Excellent service and attentive staff.
Tesco Chemist has failed to tell its customers that it no longer automatically requests presciptions from doctors surgeries on behalf of its customers. Neither have they informed local doctors surgeries. So there is now a panic from customers to renew prescriptions at short notice putting both customers and NHS doctors under pressure. Furthermore staff at Tesco Chemist today were non apologetic, uncaring and blase, merely citing use the NHS Apps. There is no mention of this on Tesco Chemist website. As the chemist at this site has repeatedly failed to manage the previous ordering system, this latest development is no surprise.
Very good but slow service. The staff are very helpful. They have a good stock of prescription medicines, so it's very likely that they'll have what you need
Very slow service , was waiting for 20 minutes when I had enough went and ask if is gona take any longer and they give me the item. The staff was chatting constantly between eachather about their life and when I asked them about the item in the back they said ( I thought you’re doing the item between each other ). Really bad service !!
