October 30th Friday Went to cut a key from Timpson shop I in new Malden Tesco Extra.The person in the Timpson Shop , NO welcoming or care at all. He was watching something on his mobile.I noted most of the time, when I go shopping in Tesco’s , he was on his mobile phone. Didn’t care about customers at all, Waited 2min - 3min. Then cut a key very poor quality key and charged 10.50. If I pay with cash only 10. No receipt for the cash payment. Really disappointed and never going to use Timpson in New Malden.
