I've been seeing the same optitions for years now and hes great. I was seeing him when it was tesco now its vision Express my only disappointment is not getting clubcard points no more even though they are still inside tesco store. All the staff are friendly very helpful even help in choosing what glasses suit me. I highly recommend and I personally wouldn't go anywhere else

Booked an appointment for an eye test after breaking my glasses and feeling that my eyesight has deteriorated. I received a call the day before from a man- to whom I explained why I thought I needed a new test- but was briskly told i didnt need a test and that my year plus previous prescription was \ still valid\. So according to this \professional\ a persons vision does not deteriorate as long as you have a prescription that's less than 2 years old?! I promptly cancelled the appointment and will spend my money elsewhere. I'm sure they could pull out a now new standard excuse \due to the covid etc situation \ but bad service is bad service regardless. Not recommended.

Closed at 5 even though they assured me on the phone they’d be open until 7. Apparently they do this all the time too, holding your prescriptions hostage and scheduling appointments when they’re closed. They don’t bother telling anyone they’re leaving early and no one in Tescos knows anything about them. Don’t bother. Totally useless.
