30 to clean a Fiat 500 at Waves Tesco New Malden. What a rip-off! These guys are taking advantage of the post-lockdown situation to overcharge customers and pocket the difference. Just take look at the official prices in the photo. This branch is doing a disservice to the Franchise. As others have experienced, the manager (the guy who comes over to inspect your car then give you the over-inflated price) is aggressive and super rude. I've since been to other branches of Waves, for example Tesco Warwick Road London and they are not gouging their customers like this. In central London, Waves Tesco Warwick road are charging 18 for a Fiat 500 inside and out. Their manager, Armand, is decent and pleasant. The lot at New Malden could learn from them.

Wow, I just got a lesson in terrible customer service. Firstly incredibly expensive with some obscure pricing mechanism that involves them searching through your car. Then I got interrogated about where I've been after I came back to collect exactly when they told me to come back. Never going to make the mistake of using this place again.

Excellent car wash! I have been using this place for years and my car is always left fully cleaned inside and out. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend and definitely worth the money!

I have been using Waves car wash at Tesco’s in New Malden regularly for the past 8 years for my private car and my company van. I have always experienced a very good professional service and l know each time I go there, my car or van will be cleaned thoroughly throughout. Occasionally they will miss a spot and all you have to do is point it out and they will gladly go over it again. I can highly recommend using them, if you haven’t done so already.
