Gayle really helped me out with getting my license endorsement. It was hard because of covid (fingerprints were quarantined, no one is working in the office, etc). She told me she would help me get in in time to start my assignment, and she did! She was a great help.

I just got off the phone with (Sabrina), I believe that's her name. She was very patient, professional and helpful. She took her time to answer my questions and clarified things in ways I could understand. She was definitely a breath of fresh air from a couple of other ladies I have dealt with in the past. Thanks so much SABRINA for being the difference. You ROCK!!!

I agree with the lack of customer service being an issue ESPECIALLY when the website is down and there is nobody to inform....and that is NOT a rare occurrence

I can't get anyone on the phone during business hours, and the new renewal process with the REQUIRED enrollment in e-notify and REQUIRED enrollment in CE Tracker takes a full GD day to get everything done. I have 14 CE course participation documents to upload, and I have to go through 6 questions for each one? Why does it take 4 websites/tabs open just for the CE portion, not even getting to the application/fingerprinting process and requirements. It's easier just to print everything off and go directly to their office. This whole process is honestly making me consider no longer working in NM, between the BON/NMNPC it's too much of a BS hassle to pay for the \privilege\ of practicing.
