Arquero is a superb property management company that puts it's clients first. They respond to queries speedily, make sound suggestions and advise on all important legal aspects of owning a leasehold property. We won the right to manage our own property a couple of years ago and went out to tender for a PM company to gude us through the pitfalls, ensuring we met our legal obligations whilst employing best prctice in all our procedures. Myra and her team have been first class, adopting a consultative approach which has led to a very important partnership. From preparing budgets, establishing a reserve fund and attending promptly to defects, Arquero have given us exactly what we needed after years of mismanagement and are thoroughly recommended.
