Reading through the reviews, it seems that the only good reviews are written by FirstPort employees. They probably had an incentive to do that.

Worst company ever!! They bill you for work that hasn't been done, phone them up only to be told to send an email with photos, do that but takes 12days to get a response! That's for everytime you email them! Get told that you need to speak to the manager and that the manager will phone you back but doesn't! Keep phoning back to speak to the manager as requested by them but conveniently I'm told the manager is in a meeting everytime! I'm still waiting for the manager to phone me back from 2017!! Starting to think there is no manager there at all. Even when you give evidence such as the photos they ask for they say that it's not proof when it clearly is! They're quick to take your money but that's the only thing they are quick at. I could go on further, just read ALL the other reviews.

Simply AWFUL. Despite official complaints, 100s of emails and calls along with escalations to ARMA they still gnore important maintenance and safety requests: 7 years of leaks to my ceiling and holes in the corridor so that I had to leave my home when wet and cold. Repeated failure of the external door locks leaving the building insecure. Failure of the fire alarm systems along with hazardous fly-tipping rubbish never cleared. Numerous break ins and thefts. Repeated billing errors that they immediately escalate to debt collection agencies and call your bank. They simply never respond to emails or calls and you’re just given the run-around. On top of this they charge a hugely ludicrous sum of money that doubled over 5 years. In 25 years of business and 15 as a landlord, I have never dealt with such a terribly negligent company. If they manage a block, DO NOT buy it, rent it or live anywhere near it. We finally kicked them out with RTM whereupon the new management agency has exposed all their shady practices.

Still waiting for refund of over-payment 9 months after property sale. They don't respond to my emails anymore. They've simply closed the door on me and stolen my money. I paid my rates, on time, every time for 7 years. Terrible experience.
