Really good customer service. Cheerful happy lady and chap on reception. Both so nice and making MOT's a pleasure. I took two cars in within the last week and each by visit is a pleasure. Dogs are welcome too .
I’ve been using Martin Pilley’s garage for over 10 years. I won’t go anywhere else. The staff are amazingly knowledgable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. You don’t get the ‘heart attack’ phone call when it’s time to pay the bill because they give you an accurate estimate as they can beforehand. Kerry is a and always cheerful no matter what’s going on.
