The service provided by the New Milton branch of Coop Funerals for my Mum’s was abysmal. We constantly had to ring to chase up arrangements, could only get through to the call centre who said they would leave a message and someone would contact us back. But still had to ring again as no one ever did. When a loved one dies there is so much to sort out that constantly have to chase up every little detail for the Funeral makes things so much worse. We initially started making arrangements with the branch in Watford (where we live) and the service provided was amazing. I have given 2 stars as the service provided by Tracy, the Funeral Director at my Mum’s Funeral was so compassionate and professional. If I was rating this review on the day it would have been 5 stars but the hassle of making arrangements and even trying to get the invoice means I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
