Excellent service. I have an unusual size phone & finding a beautiful case can be tiresome. The repair station have helped me on two occasions now and I'm SO delighted with the results. I have moved to Devon but still use their custom on trips back to New Milton.

Walked in with a IPhone with the back coming away and a green disco strobe light on my screen. Expected it to cost hundreds and take days to repair. Phone was fixed for a very reasonable price and returned in working order within a couple of hours. Very happy.

Took mobile in for charging port problem, everything else was working perfectly. (30 diagnostic charge). They replaced port (further 45). I collected phone, battery level was only 18% and there was no phone signal and a notice 'no sim detected'. I rang to inform them of this, and was curtly told that if I was suggesting they were at fault, not to come into shop again. Customer Service zero! I am now left with an expensive mobile which the manufacturers will not touch, because it has been handled by a third party. Very unprofessional shop, expensive and amazingly rude and unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend
