I dropped into the pharmacy as I was in the area to get a prescription filled. I received excellent service from all the staff. The pharmacist come out to chat with me and asked about my health concerns and made some very helpful suggestions and recommended other products that would also help my condition. excellent service and I will go back to shop there again.

I have a young 3 year old daughter who was extremely ill and awake coughing and choking all night. i took her into the pharmacy with me the next day, the pharmacist heard her cough and straight away said it sounded like croup so he called the doctors surgery and made an appointment for me. Thanks to the lovely staff at the pharmacy for calming me as i was stressed in seeing my daughter this way. The doctor put her on steroids and told me i was lucky i got in when i did or it could have been worse. Thank you again Amcal New Norfolk!
