John & staff are amazing. I recently met John and by chance I happened to need a Removalist at short notice, and he was able to take the job on. I have seven children and a big house so this removal was rather large, however, the team were done by lunch time! Punctual, reliable, efficient, and professional. John and his team recently moved us from Tasmania to Victoria. John was great from the time of our initial call, when he came to complete the quote and then on the day of the move his team turned up and got the job done, they were great even working around our kids as they "tried to help". The care they took getting everything loaded was evident we made the right decision. As chance had it we were on the same sailing as the truck and Ken was amazing even organising so we could follow the truck and acting as a guide to help get us to our new home. I would recommend John and his team for anyone needing something transported.

Thank you to John and his team for making our move from N.S.W. to Tasmania possible in this time from Covid with borders closing all the time.But John made it all happen. He was in constant communication and we arrived in Tassie with not a single glass broken. Thank youto John and his team for looking after our belongings. Should we ever need another removalist again we will not hesitate to call John again.

My furniture arrived 5 days later than the quoted date, items were broken and damaged, an antique item was taken to be 'fixed' and I had to follow up for two months before it was returned, still broken, with the statement that was broken prior to the move. An attempt to charge an additional 400 without evidence or inventory for alleged extra square metres required, threats to keep my belongings if not paid. The experience was awful and I hope noone experiences anything similar.
