By the time you may finally get seen, you could have travelled to Ouse to see a decent Doctor. Almost impossible to be seen by your own doctor and NOT a TRAINEE!!! BUT, THEY HAVE THE COUP ON NEW NORFOLK!!! DISGRACEFUL FOR AN AREA LIKE THIS AND they are going to extend...hahaha, WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO THE LACK OF CARE FROM THAT PLACE!!!

This medical centre use to be so good, I could consistently get appointments with the SAME doctor, now if I want to book an appointment to fit in with my work schedule & see my "usual" doctor FORGET that, what a joke. The only way to get an appointment a(that's with just any doctor available) you can call on the day and ask to be put on the cancellation list, and even then when you turn up to your appointment on time you will wait 30 mins over time for your appointment like I currently am as I write this!! 3:15pm appointment and it's now 3:50pm.

Such rude staff, they cancel appointments without even informing you. One particular older nurse is downright nasty, don't go unless you're dying.

Rock up 20 minutes early to my appt' it's now 20 minutes past my appt' time. Still waiting. The people before me have been in with doctor over 20 minutes when appointment times are 15 minutes. Not happy.

I needed treatment for a nasty injury and they made time for me immediately, despite not being on their books. The nurses were friendly, funny and caring and the doctor was great. AAA from me. Couldn't be happier.

Reception are absolutely ignorant either there or on the phone as you either stand around for 10 minutes until they can be bothered acknowledging you are there and when trying to ask a question on the phone they hang up. If it wasn't for the fact they are the only doctors up hear they would go broke in a week with their ridiculous and ignorant attitude to patients

How can a doctor justify charging 74 to have a script renewed. All surgeries I have used in past require a visit every 12 months before they will issue scripts. At least it should have been bulk billed, patient only gets 37 back.

normally great, but spent half an hour today trying to ring and cancel appointment , no one was picking up and when they finally picked up, the guy berated me for leaving it so late, then said id probably be charged a late fee, before hanging up abruptly.
