We visited with our elderly parents last Sunday. The food was barely warm although made fresh... How does that happen??? Also, when we arrived there was not one clean table in the whole restaurant and when we left the same and we didn't see anyone wipe a table down in the hour we were there! What has happened to the sanitising of tables between guests?

No consistency at all. Absolutely NO VALUE for the money. If you just avoid going there, God will give you heaven. Good service people but food making is way below the mark. Sometime they fill the medium size coke like small. I mean leave the cup half empty. Burgers are messy and displaced. Sometime burned! This is awful. Consistency is the key and they are locked out!!! ***Only the morning coffees are good there. Thank you.

I dont think i have ever been to an maccas that made me feel i was grotty and didnt want to touch anything.. Front doors filthy with hand prints Self service order stations filthy and not working properly Toilets needed cleaning as well as no toilet paper, hand dryers not working broke a nail back past skin trying to turn tap on..husband also said hand dryer in male toilets didnt work either.. When we told the employee about the toilets they said "we have been told that already once today "...hopefully food preparation is 100%...time will tell.
The worst McDonald's I've ever been too. There's always a bunch of bogan kids hanging around out the front of it and in the outside dining area. On the particular day i was there one if the bogan kids was throwing frozen drinks and ice cream around in the outside dining area and the useless staff did nothing at all about it. Will never be eating there again and will be contacting McDonald's head office about it.
Maccas is maccas usaly awsome but probably not my my best maccas ive ever had
