Very homie little restaurant in the bywater neighborhood. Very friendly staff and quick service. The food is very satisfying and fresh. It's easy to find and has a very distinctive sign. The art in the restaurant is quirky and fun. Very comfortable seating and spacious area. It's on the main road so it's easy to find. I had the lasagna and it was delicious. The salad is not wimpy like a other restaurants that have a simple menu. It was fresh and the dressing was tasty.

Tony is a gem. Excellent everything down to the music selection. Very authentic place. Love it!

Superb food and service. We accidentally ordered a dish with meat (we can’t eat meat for health reasons) and the staff was very kind about our mistake and helped make it right for us. I appreciated the kind server who helped us, as well as the man running food from the kitchen who wanted to make sure our meal was just right. The food was delicious and I will definitely go back.

This place is roomy and the staff was nice but my food was under cooked so I didn’t enjoy that.

Second trip not as good as the first. Though the staff is friendly, there is a lack of organization. French Toast was awesome as before. This trip, I tried the corned beef hash, which did not have a lot of corned beef, mostly potatoes, definitely not what it should be and tasted somewhat vinegary. We replaced the home fries with fruit cups, which none had a single piece of ripe fruit, on top of the 1 up charge. Will have to try some other brunch places next time.

Hidden jewel. One of the most authentic meals. We had the Tumbled Home fries & Veggie Biscuit...so delish. Next time in New Orleans will definitely visit again. Staff was super nice as well!

Oh My! Can you say a local favorite? Can you say delicious and authentic? Can you say damn good? Can you say down to earth real smiling people serving and cooking? If you can: this is the place. Why hesitate?! And if you're in for breakfast do try the Shrimp Omelet. Amazing and tasty. Yum
