Thought it was gonna be crazy to get to but it was very easy an everything went smooth an fast.
Need better signage and enforcement on the roads leading to parking and passenger unloading area. Employees are hit and miss from overly friendly ones to strictly business ones. Walking boarding platform has some very hot AC \dead zones\. Overall a good experience sailing from this Port.
This port is much easier to find parking than in Galveston. Here they have a parking garage for the cruise line the only bad thing is it was expensive it was around 154 for a week and there really is not other options for parking, we would do it again though the garage is right next to the ship and very easy to navigate, it was our first time at this port.
Ported out from here in August on the Carnival Valor. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Customs process was a breeze and inside the terminal was relatively easy to navigate even for a furst time cruiser. Outside however, the drop off and pick up zones could use a litte work as its rather confusing if you are not parking your car there. The staff memeber that walked us to where we needes to go even said herself they should have more clearly marked signs that instruct people where to go.
