Very friendly, patient, encouraging and enthusiastic instruction well-worth experiencing. Highly experienced source from which to learn a martial art that's both beautiful and effective. Active part of the larger Aikido community of the general Upstate NY area, which is just a great group with a richly deep history. If you're in the area and looking for a dojo, check this one out, I highly recommend it.
