Definitely a horrible experience. To get paperwork sent to your disability is a problem. They’ll tell you I’ll do it right now, ok no problem it will take 30 min, and it’s been three weeks. Nothing filled out, no Dr. signature, and nothing sent over to UNUM. 3 weeks and nothing moving forward.

Honestly, just the worst patient care and the worst administrative oversight. Doctors seem so overburdened, appointments are near impossible to get, billing is always a problem, and the administration does not seem to care or know. Very disappointed.

A further review of the admin department of the Summit Medical Group. After not receiving the promised breakdown of their byzantine billing I called to discover that the person I last spoke to has left. No problem I requested a call back from the superior. A week later I'm still waiting. Great medical staff - appalling admin staff.

Wonderful Doctors however the staff is clueless Even the medical form coordinator was clueless I have been coming here since I was eight years old things have certainly changed not exactly for the better someone needs to get a handle on the office staff .
