In my opinion: You will find their used car sales staff kind - but not empowered negotiate price. Contacted by sales manger(s) who reported they had already priced the vehicle I was interested in too low - prices would likely be going up by the weekend due to recent interest in the vehicle. WOW? We are going full used car salesman? LOL.

I have always hated buying a car during my car buying years but I have to say working with Jay was painless and actually enjoyable! Jay actually didn't even get my full name and phone number at my first visit. He knew I was looking and didn't try to push me into anything. THAT is what brought me back to Johnson Ford. I only wanted to work with him and he saw to it that it happened that way. He was patient with me, accommodating, and wanted to make sure I was pleased. I spent most of my day there test driving several vehicles and bought in the end. I am a happy Ford Escape driver and look forward to letting everyone know how great a salesman Jay is!

I worked with John Weddle to purchase my 2014 Ford Explorer and he was great. They weren't sales-y and helped me get a good deal. They even stayed late so I could take my vehicle home that day. Great guys to work with. I would highly recommend Johnson Ford of New Richmond!
