I am only awarding 1 star, because zero is not an option. My disabled wife, took her very frail father to the shop in New Richmond, as he was having an issue with his cell phone. Standing behind a line before being allowed to the counter, as requested due to Covid, she was explaining to him what he needed to do. Mr Brian Belanger(who it seems is the owner, stormed out and with his face very close to my wife's and NO MASK, proceeded to menace her and told her top \GET OUT as she was causing a disturbance\ Then with his arm out and hand raised said \You will leave and you will leave NOW!\ Utterly disgraceful behavior, which left my wife extremely upset and her father very nervous.

J'avais clairement demandé d'installer un forfait sur mon cellulaire, et deux jours plus tard il n'étais déjà plus fonctionnel. Alors je me présente en boutique et j'ai comme réponse que je dois payer à nouveau 50 pour l'erreur du commis car il n'avais rien installer.. Assez décevant.
