I can’t recommend Bay Carpets enough! What a fantastic service from start to finish! After calling to enquirer about having new carpets fitted, Josh travelled out to our home in Tunbridge Wells with samples of various carpets to choose from. Having the carpet samples in my home really helped me decide on a style and colour, as I was able to colour match to our furniture and room decor. Josh measured up the rooms very quickly and sent through a quote promptly that afternoon. We went ahead and had four bedrooms carpeted, along with our living room, landing and stairs. On the day of the fitting Mark and Sam worked so hard- they helped move large pieces of furniture, took all the old carpets up and fitted with precision our new carpets. They worked quickly and very professionally. Our house looked unbelievably different with the new carpets laid and we were really impressed with how efficiently the guys worked to get it done in just half a day. They took all our old carpets and underlay away, ensuring we were left with a neat rubbish free home! I would highly recommend using Bay Carpets, they have done a fantastic job.
