Good space to handle big crowds. Neat and clean. Highly priced. Not much options of vegetarians. Food Suggestions from staff really poor. Attitude of staff more like looting customer than giving tasty food suggestion. If staffs are trained to behave with more courtesy and love this branch of anjappar could service better!

Once upon a time the food was very good and now the standard of service,hygiene,house keeping is very very poor. Even a dirty mask was on the sofa we sat. Very expensive food not worth the taste. Really filthy stinking bathrooms. During COVID it's a no no. Please avoid this joint. Seem to have international branches but I wonder how they run it

Nothing special about the food. Sparse crowd .Open Hall restaurant. The mgmt need to think on providing more privacy esp for family diners
Nice place to eat out with friends, family.ordered chicken,prawn biriyani,kadai chicken,chapathis and tandoori chicken..All dishes are awesome.

Right now I'm in Anjappar hotel(07-03-2021 2:43 pm). I have experienced a very poor customer service. We are served salty bore water. When we asked for good drinking water, they insisted for water bottles. Even a small hotels are distributing pure drinking water. But Anjappar hotels seeing it as a business. 1tr mineral is Rs 20 but 25ltr water can is just 40. Can't you distribute it to your customers. We will never visit this hotel or its branch. Sick pple Our weekend simply spoiled by visiting this place
