purpose End ugly

The drivers of waste management noted they couldn't empty my 3 bins I pay 160 for, saying it exceeded the weight limit..that my 11yr old son brought up the drive. Not to mention one can has mostly bags of foam and extremely light stuff. But they were able to pick up a cardboard box??! The lady I spoke with was very kind n helpful but this is ridiculous!! Its always an issue!! Never will I go through this company!!
