I found Dr Dunbabin was very compassionate and informative, as he fully explained the cause of my major health concern, which he diagnosed as vocal cord damage and shortness of breath caused by chronic vomiting over a period of 7 years, despite medication. He also dealt with my other health issues, which include a limp caused by nerve damage in my pelvis. I had been quite wary of seeing a geriatrician, as I was in “denial” about the possibility of my health issues being classified as age-related, as I’m 65, but I’m so glad I was referred to Dr Dunbabin as he was able to alleviate my concern, particularly as each health issue and subsequent medication seemed to impact on the next and so on. I am confident that Dr Dunbabin will refer me to other specialists and allied health professionals as necessary, as he has already organised blood and radiology tests. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
