Highly recommend Graham Family Funerals. A lovely, compassionate, professional team, with a venue providing a relaxing and peaceful space.
After contacting Graham Family Funerals, with a question about setting up an online tribute for my mother, after 3 days they still had not acknowledged my email, so I rang them (from overseas) they promised to call or email me back with an answer. Strange I thought. 3 days later I received a reply from the estate solicitor stating that they have been informed on my question (first of all....where is my data privacy) and informing me that this company does not offer "online tribute" (even though its on their website). They have never called or emailed me back, with any explanation of their disrepectful and insensitive actions. The one Star is that they answered the phone when I called, I recommend they get a grip on really caring, not just writing it on their website.
I would like to send many thanks to Paul and the staff at Graham Family Funerals! Recently my Grandmother passed away and Paul was simply amazing with how he handled the whole process! We have now also just lost my brother in-law and Paul was once again there for my family at this hard time. Death is hard enough without the horrible stress of planning a funeral, with Grahams they tend to your every need to be sure your loved one has the best send off! We chose Graham Family Funerals to support a family owned business and it was the best choice for my family and our passed loved ones. I highly recommend Grahams to anyone in need. Graham Family Funerals recently directed the funeral of my Mother and they did a wonderful job. The funeral was on Bruny Island and therefore the logistical problems were perhaps a little more demanding than normal, but they handled everything very professionally. Also they said "yes" to everything that we wanted at the service - such a pleasure to do business with them. I would highly recommend Graham Family Funerals and furthermore their charges were very reasonable.
Thank you to Louise and the other girls for their sensitivity and caring at such a heartbreaking time. They went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
My father passed away 1 month before his 97th birthday, and prior to this had a funeral bond we had earlier lodged with Graham Family Funerals. On his passing, we found them to be really wonderful; warm, kind, compassionate and understanding. The Funeral Bond was a great help we found, taking the 'sting' out of having to come up with a heap of money during such a difficult time. We dealt with Paul Graham initially, and then for the actual funeral, Grant Stokes. Both were total professionals and attended to our every need. Grant had actually known Dad previously at the nursing home he had resided in, and really helped us through our difficult time of mourning while trying to organise his funeral arrangements. His previous bond with Dad was a great comfort to me. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Obviously a very sad time for our family, but one made so much better with such a positive experience with Graham Family Funerals. Thanks Paul and Grant, very much appreciated! Cheers, Sean
