It was such a stress free experience whilst building with the guys from Hotondo Homes in New Town. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in our dealings throughout the build of our new home. They listened to our personalised requirements from the very first meeting and were able to design the home that suited what we wanted within our budget.
新房按时交楼，品质非常满意，专业的验房师也觉得品质非常好，很多细节都处理的很用心，比如瓷砖的铺设，不同于一般的简单铺设，采用了中间对称的铺设方式，看上去美观优雅。而且在整个建筑过程中，多次安排看房，对每一个装修细节都会跟我讨论，然后再进行下一步。从这个过程中，我能感受到他们对建筑本身的认真态度以及对客户非常的负责。所用的装修材料也和选择的别无二样，特别符合内心对整体效果的期待。现在已入住一个月了，各种设施都非常好，没有返工情况。值得一提的是，隔音效果非常好，门关上就基本上听不到其他房间的动静。房子的保暖效果也不错，非常暖和。最重要的是，没有任何额外的费用产生。在塔州建房的小伙伴们， 在选择建筑商的时候，一定要货比三家，多看几家，然后你就能感受到区别。很推荐这家建筑商，真的良心建筑商，而且对华人很友好。
我选择的这家装修公司我非常满意。首先是他的设计风格和装修材料要优于我对比过的5、6家口碑比较好的装修公司的同级别产品。因为经费有限，我选择的是入门级别，但是无论是建筑风格还是室内装修的样式和材料上，我都得到了比较大的选择空间，这一点让我非常满意。同时，我认为他们的性价比高。比如我的地有一定的坡度，其他的建筑商都会收取高昂的处理费用，但是这家公司没有收取，也没有变相的加到其他费用里。 而且是固定报价，没有出现过变相价钱的情况。最重要的是老板Craig是一位经验丰富，而且善于沟通的人。在沟通过程中，遇到问题能及时解答和解决，不拖三阻四，很有效率，而且能够站在我的角度想问题。我觉得建房子很重要的一点就是能和你的建筑商很好的沟通，这让建房的过程变成了一个充满期待和欢喜的过程。在最后，希望他们的在产品设计上越来越好，在服务上越来越完善，不忘初心，给每一个客户建筑最温馨的家。
