Once again the surgery has let us down. Doctor came out last night and prescribed medication. He said he would ask for it to be delivered. As it hadn't arrived by 2pm I rang the chemist and was told they hadn't received the prescription and to phone the surgery. Rang the surgery and they said prescription had been done but they didn't know where it was. I was promised a call back but got fed up of waiting so rang the chemist at 3.30 to see if prescription was there and it was. So why didn't I get a call. This isn't the first time this has happened to us, I want to make a complaint as we both have terminal cancer and could do without this added stress. Please advise how I go about this. I would like it noted that the chemist has been more than helpful. R jones

Had my flu jab this morning and was impressed how organised the staff were in keeping patients at a safe distance from each other and how quickly we were seen and a special thanks to Fiona for making it as painless as possible knowing how I hate needles so thank you x

Well, was refused treatment because they think that their policy is more important than the law, have video evidence also which is now being passed on to the government as they would not take a complaint, instead they have kicked not just me but my whole family of their register which is illegal so looks like the government has passed us on to an ombudsman, wouldn't recommend them as they discriminate and don't treat everyone equally

rang the surgery and was not even given time to explain what was wrong, receptionist refered me to online, why bother having receptionists if all they do is stop you from getting an appointment, might just as well let the automated system deal with patients.

The reception staff are very unhelpful and uninterested when it comes to helping. There have been a few times when iv witnessed them having personal conversation with each other or over the phone and leaving the phones ring or worce leaving elderly and disabled people waiting at the desk to be seen.
