AVOID AT ALL COSTS - INCOMPETENT UNETHICAL LIARS. 'Paul' agreed (after thick colleague Michaela refused) to pay return postage cost after wrong part sent, causing me wasted time & extra 60 garage time. Return postage NOT paid. Made previous complaint. Response was PURE DRIVEL - COMPLETE LIES - DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY 'FEEDBACK' you read online responding to any complaint. Any response to this complaint will be DRIVEL. Have lodged written complaint with Ebay and Doncaster Trading Standards, so the card is at least marked. Also do not trust gushing reviews amazingly posted after complaint review - they are all fake. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

Directed to New Vehicle Parts from Prasco, as I was not an account customer... I Looked at the website to begin with, which wanted payment via PayPal, so contacted them direct. The lady who took the call \Machala\, was polite and helpful and the process took less than 5 minutes. The best surprise was that the I paid (by credit card) was less than on the website which required a PayPal account. All in all a positive experience.
Ordered wing mirror after someone had clipped it while parked. Then didn’t require it. Requested to return. Told they would deduct postage, needed to be sent recorded etc....Also stated it needed to be in same packaging etc.....An orange tatty box then. Looked at reviews of people who had attempted to return items and NO refund given for various reasons. Therefore, not risking it and just selling on. My advice to any customer in a similar predicament is do the same!!
Wrong part was delivered but after returning the new part was out to me within 1 day and a refund for the overpayment was issued. Very satisfied.
