We have rented from New View since 2017. They have always responded promptly to any maintenance issues. Recently, our boiler failed and Johanna from New View responded to our out of hours call on a Saturday at 5 AM to make sure we were ok. She helped us fix the problem temporarily , then the following Sunday came over with 4 electric heaters and arranged for an engineer to come over on Monday. She went above and beyond what any other person/company would have done. Great company to work with, very fortunate to have found them.
