There was an advertisement into the window for a 7 dollar footlong, the manager said she forgot to take down the sign and we asked her to honor the promotion since the sign was posted. The manager was rude and we told her she should learn how to speak to customers. She literally told us to eat a bag of d!k. I will never return to that store
A little pricey they claim it’s the same prices at every store but doesn’t seem like it. They’re good is mostly fresh but a few times I noticed different meats fell into cheese and things like that. It is still a subway all in all so I can’t complain it’s still good fresh food.
They're made fast, fresh and are some real great tasting subs, of many variations at a very affordable price. Customer service is also very good, friendly approachable helpful staff here. Can't beat it!
Glad to see a new subway in such a small town. Healthier options from what was available. They could do a better job of not running out of items

I Was at the New Waterford location this evening which was very busy with a line up to the door and only one young man working. Several people in the line up including myself were commenting on how very unfortunate it was that this young man (teenager) was left alone to work a restaurant. The young man worked hard and diligently to service the customers as efficiently as possible and did so smiling. As someone who works in customer service for years I want to commend this young employee for holding his own in what I can only say is a poorly managed circumstance. To the management, I would hope this isn’t an indication how your staff is valued.
Every time I go into this place they have nothing and no buns it 730pm no tomatoes more new Waterford must have lazy workers or something because out of 8 times going there was once thay had everything they need it to make what i wanted so most times they never had sub buns made up or not keeping on top of things Do your prep work subway new Waterford stop be lazy don't like you job quite
