He had been here once before to change locks on our exterior doors and the same applied. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient!! Kudos to Sean :-)

Worst service. My garage was broken into and the alarm did not even go off. When I called to advise them their system had failed the very rude lady on the phone said \well we are not an insurance company what do you want me to do about it\ what kind of response is that. I pay for a service I am not even getting because they used inadequate equipment and did the least amou lont of work possible so I would sign their contract. So now my stuff is stolen from my garage and they stole my money for a system that does not work and did not keep my home safe. After my items were stolen they sent someone to check the equipment...after?? I would not recommend anyone use this company and look for a more repudable company that will recommend the proper quality equipment before your home is burglarized.
I work at a local business, and we had an attempted break in, which failed due to a few factors, but we called these guys in. They got to the store within an hour of calling, they didn’t have the parts so had to come back. Different guy shows up a bit later, Cary was awesome. Very friendly and did a great job, communicated everything that was getting done and any details, let me test the key to make sure it felt right to me. Would 100% recommend, specially if you ask for Cary.
