I came in with pictures and exact measurements and Michelle was very helpful in point out what units would be the ideal fit and also brought to my attention of the wood box rebate which was a nice bonus. Heather was easy to deal with on the job set up and invoicing plus the service guys were very professional on the install making sure they kept area clean. A few months later I had a small issue with flame height and Michelle dispatched a service tech in an appropriate time frame and issue was resolved. I am a building operator by trade dealing with multiple contractor on a weekly basis and would not hesitate to recommend or use BC Fireplace again. Thank you Aldo

If anyone has their fireplace ‘freeze’ like ours did outside of warranty, call Fred from Bravo Fireplace! He is awesome & he fixed it on short notice in about 15 minutes & replaced the motor for a reasonable price! We are so happy we get to enjoy our fireplace for Christmas now :)
This company rips off old ladies and thinks nothing of it. My grandmother was left with no heat and threatened with a large service bill, despite her fireplace being in perfect working order. “How do they sleep at night” was the first question my honest, qualified and experienced gas fitter asked me. BEWARE!!!!
Very unprofessional. Michelle was so ignorant and had no idea about the city code, so she asked me to pay a large deposit and chose a model that was rejected by the city inspector. To solve this problem that she caused, she gave me an alternative model for a 1000 higher than the price of the same model at other stores. When I tried to discuss the matter with her and explain how inappropriate it is to overcharge a customer for no reason, she was so rude and that she ended the phone call while I was still talking to her. I ended up losing half of the deposit I paid them and got the same model she offered from another store at a 1000 cheaper than what they offered without paying a single penny for deposit. I paid that new store in full after installation and passing the inspection by the city. Avoid these crooks at all cost.
