My entire basement was flooded, and when I called BC Preferred Restoration, they arrived with no delay. They efficiently removed all the water and installed dehumidifiers and blowers. Unfortunately, we had to cut all of the drywall from the walls. The BC Preferred Restoration team performed this task very quickly and didn't leave a mess behind, unlike most companies. Steve clearly explained everything about dealing with the claim to me and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Steve!

Really good professionals, had a difficult situation and they navigated it all . Had to call them back for what i thought was a warranty issue, turns out it had nothing to do with the workmanship. I screwed up. I was my oversight but they happily came back and didn't charge me. Ask for Steve and Sajan. They are great .

Had a sewer backup and BC Preferred came to give an estimate for restoration. I was hesitant to use them at first as the previous reviews online were mixed. To save time, I decided to proceed with them. The communication with the estimator Steve was excellent. Alex, the contractor doing the work was also excellent. Great communication and great work. i recommend.
