I had their chicken spaghetti with Portuguese sauce and it was really delicious. The chicken was tender, well seasoned, and the spaghetti was coated with sauce. It was a heavy but satisfying lunch! Definitely going to try their Mongolian beef dish next!

Belmont Cafe caters to the sandwich and coffee crowd and the bubble tea and Asian food eating locals. The service is friendly and the bubble tea is good. The beef brisket curry tasted fantastic - lacking only more meat. The Portuguese baked chicken really tastes like ready made chicken from Costco and the sauce was too ... Peanutty? I didn't try their desserts. Overall I would come back for drinks but I feel their dishes lack finesse.
I come here 4-5 times a week (They close on Sundays). I love the beef spaghetti, chicken panini and satay chicken rice noodle! I rotate them. Lol ohoh mango shaved ice is sooo gooog as well! Brown sugar milk tea is my fav too, i always order half sugar. Recommend!!!
Friendly, cozy, cheap and delicious. It's one of my favorite lunch places.
Came here for breaky with my mom because the pictures looked good. They kept checking on us to make sure we were content which I really appreciated. Great service, good portions, everything is reasonably priced and the food is delicious. Mom was very happy and she isn’t an easy lady to please. We’ll definitely be back.
Its a hidden gem in uptown New West!!! Their food include Rice with Curry Chicken, Portugese Spagetti, Panini, Coffee , Soup and bubble tea. Every dish is SO good as I think this family owned restaurant made them wholeheartedly. Therefore, you need to be patient as you have to wait a bit in peak hour. The hostess is friendly and delivers personalized customer service. Customers know each other and it creates a sense of small community here;)
A young one took most of the order, inbetween reading and rocking a quiet stroller... while an older one made the bubble tea behind the counter. I think it's family-owned? Which is cool, but please let your kid know that asking a young adult if they're paying together with some random guy at least 20 years older that barely interacted ("what did she say? I have bad hearing" "Don't know, I have bad hearing too") is a quick way to make customers feel uncomfortable. We were sitting at separate tables while waiting and he was there before I was! Come on! Then there's the bubble tea. The parent(?) excitedly recommended their starry night, which is a fruity soda with dry, mildly bitter, almost crunchy goji berries floating on top. The kid made sure they heard me right when I asked for pearls with my Starry Night Passionfruit soda, but even with the center of each pearl way harder than the surface, it was still the best addition to a bubble tea that makes me wish I'd just taken the bus to Bubble World instead. I heard the New West location is one of their best.
Definitely not worthy of the 4-star rating. Food was okay and service was pretty horrid. We were only two people there and it was 30 mins wait for food (both egg breakfasts). Server left the previous diners' dirty plates uncleared the whole time we were there. Coffee was just warm. Won't be back.
