I have smoked for a very long time & I know it will take some time to get over this. Timur has been working with me to quit smoking. At the first session Timur was able to put me in a relaxed state very quickly & easily so we could get started. After my first session, my smoking cut in half!! I started to notice when I did smoke, I would have a couple puffs and then realize I didn't want it and would put it out. I have had a second session now and noticing more, when wanting a cigarette, I go do something else, like reading, painting, gardening or meditating. I have also notice my cravings for junk food have dropped dramatically too, replaced with healthy choices. I'm so grateful for Timur's expertise in his field and his friendly disposition. I would recommend anyone who wants to quit smoking, in a non traumatic way, to definitely try Timur at Easy Hypnosis.
I had a great experience working with Tatiana on my insomnia issues. She is very knowledgeable, caring and goes out of her way to achieve the best results. Her relaxation / hypnosis techniques are really helpful and put me in a total zen state. I strongly recommend her.
