It's one of the cleanest and safest saunas I've been to (been all over US and Canada). It's easily accessible by SkyTrain and the only one in BC that is now open (August 2020).
Nice and clean Sauna but the management need to train the skinny young white and moribund looking face front desk attendant how to talk with guests with respect and politeness. The man has a pretty sharp tongue. The way he shows up on the counter shows that he is working on a zombie place, whereas the spa's environment is pretty friendly.
great place and our go to place for a relaxing steam on a dreary wet day .... all inclusive and very friendly staff... I highly recommend a visit to this clean well run establishment

I use to work at steam1, also m2m and F212. It was alot of fun, more like a big party then work.
I really enjoyed the place on the co-ed night, very clean and friendly staff. The steam room is awesome and doesn’ t smell. The only reason to leave the steam room was the heat. The place is a little on the small side but it works for the size, a bit on the small size. Four stars because it is a little small and the dark room is not that dark.
Of all of the many facilities I have visited in Victoria, Seattle,Vancouver,Toronto,Tokyo Japan , this place is over all the best, just the right size, clean,well designed,and usually great music. Typically visitors here are mature,and like minded to relax,have fun and fellowship in a non threating comfortable place.
