Best food going especially if you're on your working lunch and you are looking for options. I personally recommend to try their soups or wraps if you have a big appetite. The coffee served there is the BEST!! The customer service is the very best in my opinion. They remember your face and your name if you take time to chat with them even though they're always busy and they want to look after and cater for you.

The cashier was so awesome. Very down to earth. Made sure, during my visit that I was enjoying my soup. The soup that I had was Creamy Smoky Tomato. It was delicious
Always a great spot to visit with fresh food and amazing coffee. The staff is extremely friendly as well and Melissa is a ray of sunshine always. They have excellent COVID procedures too which includes contact tracing incase of any incidents. Overall a 5/5 experience.
The best cinnamon roll I ever had. Also the best service. Coming to New West don't miss this place
