Donna, from the customer service desk, and the Thursday eve. manager lady were exceptionally helpful and understanding when I came in, requesting a reprint of a lost receipt for my job. Top employee award goes to Donna for saving me that night and for an awesome sense of humour.

Hiring managers are sooooooooooo unprofessional. I’m talking mid convo and the manager just pulls out his phone and starts calling someone, he literally cut me off without saying anything. He didn’t even ask any questions or even look at my resume. He didn’t even ask for my name? You call this an interview?! They were very unprepared and very rude. All he did was ask for availability and that’s it?
We did some groceries here. Can't find a lot of specific ones we needed. This is a popular place to go to so loads of 'sold out' items. -1 star bec we did not find any big soap dish refills even when it said that it was stated available online in their location. Just ask an attendant when you are looking for it.
Great flagship store for billings bridge. They have groceries and all the other Walmart items you might want. Some of the selection is a little more sparse than the other Walmart's but overall a great Walmart in a location that sorely needs it.
Be sure to check your receipt before leaving the store. Some cashiers either intentionally scan the item twice or they are just not paying attention. One time I bought 3 items, the most expensive had to be the one to scan twice which is about 10. But I often just have my card ready to tap, so by the time I realize I paid too much, it's all done so I have to line up at the customer service to fix. Other times, the price is not what it says on the shelf. And there are items with multiple pricing only to discover that some of those are not part of the multiple so you will have to collect all items to figure out which is not because they intentionally did not segregate them. It makes you wonder if this scanning twice and not properly marking items is a tactic to increase profit or be compensated for shoplifters. I made 6 trips to customer service out of 39 in 2020. To me that's a lot because that's my lunch break I'm never getting back.
