The gym is great with plenty of room to move around and workout. All the equipment's and machine's are maintained well and function properly. Trainer's present in the morning are friendly and helpful.

Local Trainers with pathetic knowledge, Don't know how to talk with members and they are loaded with ego, aggression, and also they teach to the person who is advance in gym.

The equipment available in the gym should cover most people's requirements. Gym is fairly spacious, noticeably so than the neighbouring Talwalkars gym. Cleanliness is good. The crowd that comes to the gym comprises of uneducated cheap people. Some of the trainers are too young, inexperienced and unprofessional.
