Very unprofessional. They do not return calls and there is no way to get a hold of them. Extremely frustrating experience.

Not a terrible place really BUT can never get an early appointment in the morning because the psych doc seems to start her days in the late mornings. 11 am is the earliest i can get. Another thing is that the Doc seems like she wants to end sessions as quickly as possible, seems to be her MO...which is fine by me. All i want is my meds anyways. Also the 2 receptionists there seem to just gossip in the tiny space they are afforded to be in. One of them is a nice person, the other i really don't know. If you ask me, they don't need 2 receptionists in a tiny office. There other location (165th) has some great therapists and i would highly recommend that one. This one? not so much. cheers.
