Dr.Nancy Bach, is the best! I traveled from Suffolk county NY,for over 20 years to Manhattan to see this doctor, will now travel from Georgia to continue having her as my Liver Doctor! Thank you Dr.Bach. Trust me she is amazing with a excellent bedside manner.

My personal feeling was a racist vibe. From the asian doctor. Also the white NP who called me while on speaker phone actually was laughing while explaining the test resukts I didn’t understand. My orig doctor in my opinion lied by having a different doctor see me he told me she was jn surgery but yet while i was waiting to be called for lab I saw her walking pass. I gad elevated in one of my tests and never received a clear answer. Like the other person suggested it is segregation there. I went to the other side of hospital for records and nothing but all white people. When ive gone to other hospitals you sit amongst them. Not Mount Sinai. Depending HOW you book appt i notice when i do things myself it’s different.I’m getting a different doctor or 2nd opinion.
