We rented a mercedes limo sprinter for my birthday party. The limousine bus was amazing and the sound system was good we had a great time and we recomend this company.
Very pleased with the vehicles and service provided for our holiday party. The buses arrived early, the drivers were helpful and courteous and managed to smoothly avoid a lot of traffic, and the vehicles themselves were clean, comfortable, and modern. We’ll certainly use them again.
Sooooo disrespectful. I lost something on the bus and I was greeted with attitude on the phone and the company hung up on me multiple times.... Would never use this company again.
I had never rented a party bus before and I want to thank NYC Luxury Limo for an incredible experience that I could have never anticipated! The staff was friendly and super helpful throughout.
