OtO is an international, virtual, non-profit organization that provides 26 weeks of personalized, professional, state-of-the-art pro-bono coaching exclusively to women who otherwise don't have access to the powerful partnership of a life coach. Many of these women are caregivers of our wounded veterans. Others are women who have recently emerged from some of life’s biggest challenges more resilient and poised to create sustainable stability, mobility and success & otherwise can’t afford to invest in themselves. We dedicate our resources to these infinitely capable and inspiring women because we know from evidence-based data that investing in the well-being of just 1 woman has a huge multiplier effect. This means that when we coach One, not only is she directly empowered, but in turn our support multiplies as she goes on to create ripples of positive change in the lives of her family, community and all of the networks she is a part of. Each year One to One’s coaches work with about 80 women spread - based throughout the United States, in India, Spain and Switzerland and beyond - . That is 80 women and hundreds of people they are each connected to already benefitting from a mother, a wife, a daughter who is gaining self-confidence, developing pride in her strengths, creating her road map forward, and, crucially, improving their collective outcomes.
