Public safety officer Ryan Kissoon, is the most disrespectful officer I’ve ever dealt with. He aggressively pulled me over by standing in front of my car. I had slid my NYPD PBA Card under my license and was told that “I don’t care who you know in the police department” and that “don’t give me that card unless I ask you for it”. How does this make sense? How would you know if I had a PBA card or not. He’s a sad excuse for a public safety officer and is not a good representation of the Roosevelt Island PSD
