We have been using the online services of Russian Food USA for several years now, being that the closest Russian grocery store is about 50 minutes' drive from us one way. We always have been satisfied with their: 1) efficiency - even during the peak of the pandemics the items arrived 3 to 4 days after placing our orders 2) accuracy - never one single item missing or replaced 3) prices - the same as in NYC or Philadelphia big Russian grocery chain stores (such as Netcost) 4) packaging - 98% of the time the items are nicely packaged, leak or spill proof 5) assortment - good, especially the charcuterie, pickled vegetables, sweet stuff, and fish/seafood products. Our main complaint is that too many great products, such as deli prepared meals, Russian franks (sosiski), Russian dumplings (pelemeni), etc., are only listed as 'Manhattan delivery'. We understand that issue of perishable foods, but the Russian Food USA got to come up with a better plan. As far as the complaint by one of the reviewers regarding the expiring items, indeed on one occasion we did receive a product with insignificant expiration date (a few days). That should be corrected too.

I've been coming to this Russian Food USA since I was little kid. I remember when I was really young getting the special chocolates, breads, pastas were the best days. The ice cream is great too! Sadly, I'm not the little boy who would get free candy anymore.
People, please READ! I received expired products several times from this \company.\ Most of their products don't have exp.date at all! Today, I found a WORM in the chocolate candy I ordered from them. It is terrible. They do not care about customers. I think that they do not have a right to sell poisoned, expired product to all of us. I hope that my valuable feedback brings attention to particular organizations such as \United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service \ surely will resolve this food violation. Thank you for your attention.
I have ordered from them many times with no problems. They have an excellent selection of food and great service. I highly recommend.
I ordered from Russian Food USA and was very pleased with how quickly my order came. Everything was easy, from ordering to delivery. I will shop there again.
