I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I must say the customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place clean regularly. Prices are reasonable and they serve large portions.

The Bao seems to have gotten better and better since the last time I was here. Intense flavors and nice sized portions. Menu clearly shows what is spicy (a good amount of dishes) and vegetarian if you're so inclined. Service is pretty quick and prompt. They are very nice especially if you have children here. Sure the menu is a little pricier than your average Chinese restaurant, but this place isn't average either. I've always left happy and full.
Nice menu variety, good service. All the items ordered were good, but mapo tofu was a bit salty for me.
Fantastic, flavorful food, made fresh and served quickly. Great menu with lots of options for a variety of palates and repeat trips. Outdoor dining is comfortable and warm--the restaurant offers individual plastic pods with a space heater for each table. Can't wait to go back!
Why go to Flushing or Chinatown for good soup dumplings? The Bao has it going on. Their hot pot was good too! Nutella dumplings are to die for!!!
