Not only are their products top notch but Jesse and Herb are the best. They were extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I had the right product for the job. But seriously I'll never use another box store stain again. It's all Lockwood dyes from here out.

Lockwood & Co. was referenced as having many of the supplies needed to apply these technical wood finishes. I found out that they were located in Manhattan and took a trip to see what they were all about. I was welcomed by extraordinarily knowledgeable people that listened to my problem and helped me understand the various solutions and products available on the market. I learned more in the one hour conversation I had with them than I did in all of the internet research I done. They really went out of their way to set me up for success. This is a top-notch store that truly cares about customers. The dyes they sell are top quality and could not be easier to work with or apply. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
